Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience on the same position in Advertising Agency.
- Good knowledge about creative concept, marketing and promotion in ATL and BTL.
- Preferably expertise in creative concept of brand activation.
- Ability to produce a creative idea translate it into a proposal.
- Creative, strategic, and open-minded.
- Technology savvy, knowledgeable and updated in terms of current consumer & market trends in advertising.
- Have extensive background and experience in ATL, BTL and Digital
- Fluent in English; speaking, reading, writing and presentation is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skill is required.
- Ability to talk and discuss on the same level with creative and strategic planning.
- Easy going, easy to blend in, and good personality.
- Has thorough knowledge and understanding of the advertising processes and the time required to complete each stage.
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills, both in preparing materials required and in delivery with excellent written skills.
- Ensures budgets and timelines are met and alerts team of potential issues.
- Organized with excellent time and project management skills.
- Builds client confidence by demonstrating an ability to creatively manage and deliver a creative-quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget.
- Cooperative and Flexible person.
